Behind Medium

Medium Creative Co. is run by Andrea Cerrilla and Elissa Koop. We met over coffee, we still meet regularly over coffee, and we’ll probably meet you over coffee. Though we both enjoy a good cup o’ Joe, it was our aligned design eye that really cinched the friendship.

As our Creative Director, Andrea brings a sense of organization to everything she touches. She operates with pixel-perfect precision and careful mastery of color and space, as well as a clear adherence to the clients’ requests. With a strong foundation in design strategy, branding, and UX/UI design, Andrea is adept at applying the principles of design thinking to a wide array of organizational challenges. A household herbalist with a typeface obsession, she is also a true believer in design’s potential to influence positive change in the world.

Elissa brings the wizardry. She has the tenacity to conquer any challenge, from code to server to security. As our Digital Strategist, she brings an uncanny ability to problem solve from multiple angles and to engage with a variety of people and projects, from financial brokers to maple syrup makers. Elissa’s extensive experience with the web development process and background in client management leave her uniquely qualified to usher projects from inception to launch. With a knack for crafting and tracking wildlife, Elissa will always surprise you with the amount of talents under her sleeve.
